This is the first fall that I headed back to the large nursery for my fall front porch flowers. I definitely will be doing this again next year they are so pretty and smell amazing.

Last fall i had read about a hack to keep them alive for the whole season and I gave it a try this year.

When you bring them home fill a bucket full of water and set each mum, pot and all, into the bucket of water for about 20 minutes each flower. Next you will set them into the decorative pot. I chose not to plant them in dirt this year so I can repeat this step weekly or as they start to look dry.

I will update this blog with some new pics this weekend.

Here are a few fall decor options to polish your fall decor from the porch to the indoors.
